About Beneindio
What is Beneindio?
Beneindio is a Bangalore-based fitness accessories brand for women. We make simple, space-saving home workout gear — resistance bands, hip bands, mini loop bands, grip strengtheners, a posture corrector, a stainless steel shaker and a waist bag — so you can move at your own pace, in your own space. Beneindio is run by Soash Global.
Who founded Beneindio?
Beneindio was founded by Ashutosh Tiwari, who has spent more than 14 years building products in sport and fitness, with Decathlon, Cult.fit, BlissClub and Ten X U. Read our story.
Do I need a gym to use your products?
No. Everything we make is designed for living rooms, balconies, office desks and travel bags. No machines, no dedicated room, no commute.
Where else can I buy Beneindio?
Besides beneindio.com, our core range is available on Amazon.in from the Beneindio brand store.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We ship within India only and aim to deliver within 5–6 business days of order confirmation. Remote pin codes, festivals and courier delays can add time. We ship through Shiprocket and partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery and Ecom Express.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders above ₹499 anywhere in India. For smaller orders, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by email (and SMS or WhatsApp if you've opted in). You can also see order status in your account.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet, for a full refund. Email hello@beneindio.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, please use the return process instead.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange unused items in their original packaging with tags intact. Return pickup is free — we arrange it for you.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Email us photos or a video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free replacement. An unboxing video helps us process it faster.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we inspect the returned item. The full return journey, from request to refund, usually takes 14–18 days.
Can I get store credit instead?
Yes. Store credit is 100% of the purchase price, valid for one year, and can be gifted to a friend.
Products
Which resistance band should I start with?
If you're new to band training, start with the lighter band in any set and move up once 12–15 controlled reps feel easy. Our sets come in light, medium and heavy so you can progress without buying again.
Is the shaker bottle food-safe?
Yes. Our shaker bottle is made from food-grade stainless steel, so it doesn't hold on to smells the way plastic can.
Are Beneindio products medical devices?
No. Our products are fitness accessories, not medical treatment. If you're pregnant, recovering from surgery or managing an injury or health condition, please check with a doctor or physiotherapist first.
