Fraudulent Accounts & Transactions

For fraudulent transactions, we owe no liability for any refunds.

Declined Transactions

The Company is under no liability for:

  • Loss or damage arising from decline of authorization for any transaction
  • Cardholder exceeding preset credit limits
  • Bank authorization issues or policy changes

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Timeline

We endeavor (but do not guarantee) to deliver products:

  • Within 5-6 days from the date of order confirmation
  • Delivery timeline depends on your shipping location
  • Delays may occur due to courier partner issues, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances
  • We reserve the right to deliver goods in installments

Shipping Partner

We partner with Shiprocket and affiliated courier partners for delivery. The Company is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier partner
  • Lost packages (covered by courier insurance)
  • Damaged goods in transit (report within 48 hours with evidence)
  • Strikes, natural calamities, or logistical constraints

Delivery Refusal

If you refuse delivery (RTO - Return to Origin):

  • The product will be returned to our facility
  • Refund will be processed after we receive the product back
  • Applicable return charges will be deducted
  • Remaining amount refunded within 5-7 working days to your original payment method

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Applicable shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before shipment.

Beneindio celebrates your journey. When you submit a "Strength Story," testimonial, photo, video, or other user-generated content ("UGC") to us:

You warrant and agree that:

  • You are not infringing on anyone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy
  • The content is accurate and truthful
  • You have permission from anyone appearing in photos/videos
  • The content is appropriate for public posting (no explicit, offensive, or harmful material)

Our Rights to Your Content

By submitting content to us, you grant us:

  • Non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use your content
  • Right to repost on our website, social media, and marketing materials

  • Withdraw permission for future use (though previously published versions may remain)

We will honor withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, though content already published may take time to remove across all platforms.

No Compensation

  • We may use your content indefinitely (unless withdrawn)
  • Submission of content is voluntary

Cancellation Within 24 Hours (Before Shipment)

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of order placement and before the order has shipped. Email hello@beneindio.com with your order number.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please use our return and exchange process instead.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
